  1. Step1Interview
    We ask about your concerns and problem areas.
  2. Step2Test shot measurements
    We analyze the sources of your concerns and problem areas.
  3. Step3Test shot comparisons
    We select from among our 2,500 test clubs to find several we think are suitable for test shots.
  4. Step4Proposal
    Based on the results of your test shot comparisons, we select the optimal club.
  5. Step5Delivery
    The product you have purchased is delivered to your house any time from the following day onward.

  1. Step1Consultation
    We discuss your concerns, check the condition of your feet, and propose the optimal product.
  2. Step2Customization (molding)
    "We use the latest insole customization system — the first of its kind available in Japan.
    We do in-store processing of the shape to help customers achieve their innate foot performance under no-load conditions."
  3. Step3Insoles are ready within about 30 minutes on the day of your visit.

The Custom Eyewear Process

Adorn yourself
with an original design.

Time required:30 minutes or moreDelivery:Six to eight weeks later

  1. Step1Select sunglasses.
  2. Step2Choose component colors.
    You can choose the frame color, lens shape and color, logo color, earsock color, and nose piece color.
  3. Step3Choose text to engrave on the lenses.
    Choose font for laser etching.
  4. Step4Delivery after six to eight weeks
    Your order will be sent to the manufacturer, and your sunglasses will be made at Oakley’s factory in the US.

The Process for Gloves in a Custom Size and Color

Time required for fitting:Five minutes or moreDelivery: Two weeks later or longer

  1. Step1Choose the material and color.
    There are four materials to choose from.
  2. Step2Size measurement
    We select a size based on the customer’s size measurements and preferences (loose or snug).
  3. Step3Select embroidery.
    Your name can be embroidered on the band. (*This costs an additional fee.) You can choose from seven colors and two typefaces.
  4. Step4You will receive your gloves after two weeks at the earliest.
